Enhanced AMD Dedicated Server Offerings Announced by HC
HostColor announced upgrades on its bare-metal servers powered by AMD processors. Selected HC servers with AMD Ryzen and EPYC processors, now feature 2 Gbps dedicated bandwidth ports with unrestricted data transfer.
All AMD Dedicated Servers that feature 2 Gbps bandwidth quotas come with 12-core Ryzen 7900 processors, at 3.7 GHz base frequency and a maximum boost clock of 5.4 GHz, 128 GB RAM, and two 1.92 TB Intel P5500 NMVe storage drives. The storage drives feature optimized performance and capacity for all TLC arrays and are designed to advance IT efficiency and data security.
The HostColor's 2 Gbps-connected AMD server configurations are currently available in Ashburn, Chicago, New York and Toronto. These servers can be configured on-demand with a customer operating system or specific virtualization technology to create cloud-based application environments that can be used for single-tenant or multi-tenant private or public dedicated clouds.
Semi-Managed AMD Dedicated Servers
All US Dedicated Servers provided by HostColor.com in Edge Data centers, including the AMD-based servers, are Semi-Managed. The company's administrators will install and configure the servers to the client's custom bare-metal or cloud-based technology environment, reinstall the operating system per request, and help server owners troubleshoot any operating system, networking, or software configuration issues.
HostColor operates a platform for the provisioning of Semi-Managed, Edge Bare Metal servers with 1 Gbps to 30 Gbps bandwidth rate ports. These servers can be configured to deliver public cloud services or as Dedicated Private Clouds (DCIaaS). HC's DCIaaS is a customizable, isolated, and secure on-demand IT infrastructure solution created with Proxmox VE, Linux Containers (LCX), Kubernetes container orchestration, or VMware ESXi virtualization technologies. All DCIaaS plans feature WireGuard VPN technology and dedicated high-bandwidth internet connectivity.
